There is NO Minimum requirement to be fulfilled for attending the CISM training session. However, it is advised that you have a basic to good knowledge of IT systems and security systems.
For Certification which is only offered by Information Systems Audit and Control Association ( ISACA ) globally you need to have the below skillsets and full fill the minimum requirements as put forward by the certifying body i.e., ( ISACA ).
A minimum of 5 years of cumulative, full-time, paid work experience in “Three” of the Four domains of the CISM is required for certification. Candidates have a 5 Years of time to apply for the CISM Certificate from the time they pass the exam. Substitutions and waivers of such experience are possible and are mentioned as below in the Frequently Asked Questions section.
